significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement
(EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after
review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the
lead agency. This information is available to the public on request.

The objective of the first proposal is to complete
the paving around the building to provide more parking
and vehicle circulation. The second proposal would provide
a new access easement'hetween this property and the adj-
acent property to make vehicle circulation to and from the
site easier.
2. What are the alternative means of accomplishing these
objectives?
Alternative means to accomplish better circulation and
increase parking would be to have the Owner buy more
land near the area.
3. Please compare the alternative means and indicate the
preferred course of action:
The alternative means would entail buying a large piece
of property to put a small amount of paving on which is
not desireable because of the amount of money it would
take. But if the same goal can be reached on the
existing property. the adjoining property could be lied

Proposal will provide 2,000 sf of additional paving for parking
on the existing site of an existing 15,000 sf offj.ce bldg. All
existing landscaping from the previous development will be reused
in the existing area. This project will provide better traffic flow
on site and provide additional parking.

in portion of the NW 1/4 of SE 1/4 Section 14, T23N, R4E.
Subject to a 15.00 foot wide storm easement over the No rtheasterl'
corner of said Lot 3.
Subject to a slope easement over the Northeasterly 10.00 feet of
