Work shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following items: Cleanup and removal of all debris in all planting areas. Finishing of proper planting grades, including soil preparation, fertilizing, planting of trees, shrubs, and ground cover, and including topsoil, staking, and transplanting of plants if necessary. The Landscape Contractor must include a list of sources for all plant material and specialty items to be used. If irrigation is to be used it shall be coordinated with the Irrigation Contractor. Irrigation work shall be coordinated with the Electrical and Plumbing Contractors. All landscape work shall be done in accordance with good landscaping practices by firms active and experienced in the landscape trade. The Contractor shall guarantee materials for one growth cycle, perform normal maintenance until work is accepted by Owner, and perform corrective maintenance as guarantees may require. Contractor shall prepare a schedule of work for Owner prior to beginning work. The Contractor shall meet with Owner to present schedule and review site conditions prior to commencing work. If Contractor finds the existing conditions to be in variance with plans and proposed work he shall notify the Owner before proceeding.
