SUBJECT: SEPA Checklist submittal

We are submitting an application to the City of Tukwila for
construction of a building which will support a piece of
equipment (a special wind tunnel) that tests icing and de-
icing on airplane wings (small models and sections of wing).
The building (2 -126) will be on piling and straddle the wind
tunnel. The footprint of the building will be approximately
5,000 sqft. and be about 100' high. The first floor will be
36ft above ground level. Inside on the 1st floor compressors
& refrigeration equipment will be installed. This building
is an addition to the existing Wind Tunnel Complex that we
use presently.
We are submitting the attached SEPA Checklist as a part of
our building permit request. If you have any questions
please give me a call at 655 -9923.
