We are proposing to construct a one story Hertz Rental Equipment Building
with a sales area and equipment display area at the south end, Adminsitra-
tive area in the middle and 3 service bays and a wash bay at the north end
of the building. The Building is approximately 162 feet by 50 feet, -
approximately 8100 square feet of roof area and approximately 7200 square
feet of enclosed floor area.
