This letter is to certify to you that John C. Radovich has an operating line
commitment from SEAFIRST Bank under Loan No. for
various construction projects. At the direction of John C. Radovich, we
have set aside funds from this commitment in the amount of $4,500 for
the removal of fill materials from the above project.
SEAFIRST Bank agrees on behalf of John C. Radovich to pay City of Tukwila
upon demand $4,500, or amounts thereof, if the removal of f111 materials
from the project has not been made in accordance with the approved and
accepted plan and specifications of the City of Tukwila.
SEAFIRST Bank will hold said funds ($4,500) until it has received written
release from the City of Tukwila certifying that all work has been satis-
factorily completed.

Yes, this checklist addresses the grading and filling of of the parcel only.
Phase one of the filling includes the placement of fill outside of.the.200'
river environment. Phase two is the grading of this fill throughout the site
after a Shoreline. Use permit has been obtained.

be prepared, directly related to this proposal. A sepa review has been completed
on the parcel to the south where the fill dirt is coming from.
9. Do you know whether applications are pending for governmental approvals of other
proposals directly affecting the property covered by your proposal? If yes,
explain. Yes, a building permit is pending on the Radovich- Fort Dent Office
building south of this parcel. The purpose of this checklist is to obtain
approval to fill and grade. If the office building were not built, we would
not need this approval.

At this time, a fill and grade permit and shoreline use permit are needed
from the City of Tukwila.
