Nature and Brief Description of the Proposal (including but not limited to its size, general design elements, and other factors that will give an accurate understanding of its scope and nature): Single two(2) story office structure of approximately 31,400 SF gross floor area together with parking for 144 cars and landscaping. 7. Location of Proposal (describe the physical setting of the proposal, as well as the extent of the land area affected by any environmental im- pacts, including any other information needed to give an accurate under- standing of the environmental setting of the proposal): The site is located at approximately 700 Andover Park West on 160,244 SF area situated at the southern end of a 19 acre parcel collectively known as Southcenter Corporate Square. The site represents the balance of the L0Lal part-e Lemdlning after segregations of Farce 1, 2, 3, and 4 wnich support buildings 1 through 10. The undeveloped portion of the site representing approximately 75000 SF supports some dirt fill accumulated from construction activity on the entire 19 acre parcel over the last two years. The ground cover consists of very sparse grass and weeds and about 5 small cottonwood trees. Access to the site is by Corporate Drive South which is an existing facility and currently being dedicated to the City of Tukwila by the owner. There is no access permitted to this section of the entire parcel from Andover Park West. (Reference Binding Site approval plan). The properties to the south and west are partially developed office and warehouse distribution facilities respectively.
