Project 468 is a building addition of 15,120. SF to'an existing facility known
as the Kawneer Building. This addition represents a.38 %.expansion of:the original
tloor area.. The property-boundaries and access to- existing streets and utilities
remain unchanged by this addition. Provision of this. building expansion-was
incorporated" into the original planning and design.

The present Kawneer Building addiess is 1210 Andover Park East, and.fis .a.:,f ully
developed site with the exception of the expansion area. The addition will
be used by an existing tenant with the possibility of.some sub -lease warehouse
space. .
