As we discussed in our telephone conversation on August 2, 1977, I will
make a negative declaration on the environmental impacts of the above
referenced project when items 1, 3, and 4 of the attached sheet are
satisfactorily completed. Please contact Mr. Dick Williams of the Public
Works Department for the format to use on items 3 and 4.
Items 2 and 5 are dropped. Item 2 was dropped on the recommendation of
George Wannamaker of King County Hydrolics and item 5 was dropped since
there is presently compliance with it.
