This declaration of significance is made due to negative impacts on additional .
demand on substandard roadway and utilities. Pursuant to this, this declara-
tion of significance will be withdrawn, pursuant to WAC 197 -•10 -370 if the
following are accomplished:
1. Dedication of 14 feet of property should be required to allow for future
street improvements.
2. Existing 6" water main is supplied by a 2" line. 6" should be connected
to existing water system in this area.
3. An agreement to participate in the cost of improvement of the street and
installation of storm drainage, either via LID or developers agreement,
should be required.

permit from the City of Tukwila, unless it is determined by the Responsible
