The total area of all three buildings is 64,000 square feet. Parking for over 100 cars will be provided. 7. The property is located on the north side of Upland Drive west of Andover Park West and extends northward to a line 22.05 feet north of the east-west rail easement. Its western line is 222 feet west of turnaround; its east line is the centerline of the curved rail spur separating Lots 3 and 4. The land is rather low and will be raised with free - draining, compacted fill to maintain proper relation- ship with top of rails and to provide proper site drainage. The legal description is Lot 4, Upland's Tukwila Industrial Park. The area is barren, except for a few clumps of grass and other nondescript vegetation.. (d) .Puget Sound Air.
