Seattle, Washington 98134. -_. • RE: Application for Conditional Use Permit,.Environmental Checklist Dear Ms. Frandsen: The Planning Commission had the above- referenced item on their agenda on June 22,-1978. Based on lack of a complete application, the Planning Commission tabled this item until their next regular meeting of July 27, 1978. The last item needed to complete your application is simply a $50.00.filing fee to accompany the Environmental Checklist to cover cost of review. After that fee has been received by take action on the Environmental Checklist and initiate a report to the Commission regarding your project. In order for me to process this to the.Commission, I will need to receive that $50.00 fee by July 5, 1978. If no action is taken on this permit regarding payment of the fee, it is my intention to recommend to the Planning Commission that this item be taken off the Planning Commission agenda and that the file be closed for lack of interest. After that,. the City would follow through and enforce the zoning ordinance in. that Garfield. Truck Lines would be an illegal use in the C -M zone. Assuming we get your filing fee of $50.00 by July 5, 1978, the Planning Division staff will process a staff report to the Planning Commission for their considera- tion during -their July 27, 1978 meeting. This meeting.will.start at 8:00 p.m. and will be held.in the old Tukwila City Hall located at 14475 - 59th Avenue South. . Please get in contact with me at your earliest convenience.
