Dear Mr. Satterstrom: Re: William E. Boeing, Jr.
Aetna Loan Application #34754
Aetna Life Insurance Company has requested a written clarification
from your offices with respect to the following matters. Accordingly,
your early response will be appreciated.
1. Under the provisions of the State Environmental Protection
Act, what agencies did you circulate the Declaration of Non -
Significance for Buildings No. 293 and 294 owned by William E.
Boeing, Jr.
2. Are both Buildings No. 293 and 294 included under the
Environmental Checklist, prepared pursuant to the Binding Site
Improvement Plan as recorded and, therefore, are both buildings
reflected in the Declaration of Non - Significance.
3. Are the land and buildings involving Building 293 and 294
over 200 feet from the Green River Shoreline, therefore, precluding
an application of the State Shorelines Management Act.
Your written response to Mr. Timothy R. Clifford, Roberts, Shefelman,
Lawrence, Gay & Moch, 1818 IBM Building, Seattle, Wa. 98101 would
be appreciated.

foregoing.
