A final declaration of significance #293 and #294 pursuant to WAC 197 -10 any other agency. made for Projects was not distributed to 2. Both Buildings #293 and #294 were considered in the environmental check - list submitted for the proposed Binding Site Improvement Plan. Both buildings were ultimately included in the abovementioned declaration of non- significance. 3. The project site for both Buildings #293 and #294 lies well over 200 feet from any shoreline regulated by the City of Tukwila Shoreline Master Program.
