SUBJECT: SEPA Review - Southland Corporation Office Building
Review comments have been received from the other City Departments.
The development plans have been approved by the B.A.R. The only
possible problem is the access on Andover Park West. The building
and curb -cut permits have not been applied for at this time.
Therefore, I have suggested one comment to be added to the Decla-
ration of Non - Significance, which I have attached and recommend
that you sign.
