This questionnaire must be completed and submitted with the application for
permit. This questionnaire must be completed by all persons applying for a
permit from the City of Tukwila, unless it is determined by the Responsible
Official that the permit is exempt or unless the applicant and Responsible
Official previously agree an Environmental Impact Statement needs to be completed.
A fee of $50.00 must accompany the filling of the Environmental Questionnaire
to cover costs of the threshold determination.

King County currently maintains zoning and comprehensive planning programs
in annexation area.

Explanation: It is anticipated that the City of Tukwila will implement its
Comprehensive Land Use Plan in the proposed annexation area. This plan differs
from the County's in certain areas. Generally speaking, Tukwila's Comprehensive
Land Use Policy Plan calls for more single - family residential land use than King
County. Some zoning changes from multiple - family to single - family may occur as a
result of City's plan implementation.
