PLANNING DEPARTMENT
Mr. John J. Kinkella
6212 Lake Grove Avenue SW
Tacoma, Washington 98499
Dear Mr. Kinkella:
10 September 1975
This office has reviewed the revised site plan submitted on 2 September 1975
with respect to the proposed building in Tukwila. Several deficiencies in
the site plan have been noted and are explained below.
1. The site plan should be of a smaller scale so as to more distinctly
show such dimensions as parking stall size, surrounding properties,
distance to streets, etc.
2. The site plan does not identify any access to public right -of -way
and shows parking located outside the property lines.
3. No legal description has been submitted. Legal description should
include description of property, access to public right -of -way and
any easements.
4. The site plan depicts no utilities in association with the project.
The Public Works Department requires grade, location and size of all
sanitary and storm sewer as well as water lines.
The information enumerated above is required to create a useable site plan
for the purpose of building permit application review. Should you have any
questions regarding this matter please do not hesitate to contact me at.
242 -2177 at your convenience.
Sincerely,
ary Crchfield
