Dear Joe:
Enclosed is the State Environmental Policy Act "Notice of Action" form to be
completed by the Durbin Corporation. This public notice establishes _a 30 -day
appeal period limitation during which a challenge to the project may be filed
per SEPA (RCW 43.21C.080). However, it is not mandatory for you to follow this
procedure.
The notice must be published on the same day in two consecutive weeks. In addi-
tion RCW 43.21C.080 prescribes the following prior to the last date of
publication:
1. Filing the notice with the Department of Ecology, Olympia.
2. Mailing the notice "...to the latest recorded real property owners, as shown
by the records of the county treasurer, who share a common boundary line
with the property upon which the project is proposed through United States,
mail, first class, postage prepaid."
