Foster Memorial Park into the Z City of Tukwila, located between 51st Ave. So. and 53rd Ave. So..and 7. Location, of Proposal (describe the physical setting of the proposal, as well as the extent of the land area affected by any environmental im- pacts, including any other information needed to give an accurate under- standing of the environmental setting of the proposal): Total of 5 acres of. park land. Explanation: The quality of the recreation programs con- ducted at the park will impro.ve.as the Police. Department will be able to enforce Tukwila's park and public safety codes. Fire and emergency services will also be enhanced by better service provided by the Tukwila Fire Department. 20. Archeological /Histroical. However, the purposed use of the upper portion as two little league fields will have a noticible im- pact on traffic (both pedestrian and vehicular). Additional park- ing will be require with the ex- pansion. 14. Tukwila Police Department is currently responding to city parks (in and out of the city) when called and are required to stand by for a King County to handle the paper work.
