Said agreement shall contain, but not be limited to, the following :provisions: a) All indigenous trees to be retained shall be enclosed at the drip -line by a sturdy barricade to prevent damage by construction equipment. All construction access shall be routed from 65th Ave. So. or Southcenter Boulevard. c) To restrict noise - impacts on surrounding properties construction activity shall not commence before 7:00 a.m. nor continue past 6:00 p.m. Monday -thru Friday.. Weekend construction activity shall not be permitted. e) Dust and vehicle engine particulate emissions shall be subject to control standards prescribed in regulation 1 of the Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency.
