Requested response date: 13 /301:( / 81 Review Department Comments: Present users of the office building are violating the agreement made at the time that building was built, in that they are driving from the office parking lot onto Southcenter Blvd. The only exit and egress approved to the building was on 65th Avenue. This problems should be taken care of prior to allowing addition building space. The traffic hazards created by tenants using unauthorized excess is growing daily. Special consideration will have to be given to the location of the fire hydrant serving that location. Even though it is within allowable limits for distance, it is not.logical that the hydrant can he used to serve the proposed building. A new fire hydrant 1 have to be located of the same level as the new building and close t t p vi ed egress and exit ways, for use by fire apparatus By: (6iu Date: July 6, 1981 City of Tukwir 6200 Southcenter Boulevard Tukwila Washington 98188 PLANNING DEPARTMENT TRANSMITTAL DATE OF TRANSMITTAL 7 / 2 / 81 TO: LJ BUILDING DEPT. ❑POLICE DEPT. ❑ FIRE DEPT. ❑ RECREATION DEPT. ❑ PUBLIC WORKS DEPT. ❑ PROJECT: S k-114 17E+2 LOCATION: sovTxc.E>`Tf,st.
