QUIT CLAIM DEED
J. C. PENNEY PROPERTIES, INC., a corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, does hereby
quit claim to the City of Tukwila, a municipal corporation of the
State of Washington, for the use of the public forever and for any
and. all public purposes not inconsistent with the use thereof, for
a public street, the following described property located in King
County, Washington, for widening of 57th Avenue South, a public
.street of said municipality:
The west six (6) feet of the following described
property:
That portion of the northeast quarter of the
southwest quarter of Section 26, Township 23
North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King County,
Washington, described as follows: Beginning
at the northeast corner of the southeast
quarter of said Section 26; thence north
88 0 05 1 42" west along the north line of said.
southeast quarter a distance of 2,678.68 feet to
the east line of said northeast quarter of the
southwest quarter; thence south 01 12 1 25" west
along said east line a distance of 657.29 feet
to the true point of beginning; thence continuing
south 01 west a distance of 661.03 feet to the
south line of the northeast quarter of the south-
west quarter of said Section 26; thence north
87 0 55 1 53" west along said south line a distance
of 631.26 feet to the easterly margin of the
Mess Brothers County Road. No. 972; thence
north 01 0 08 1 35" east along said. easterly margin
a distance of 660.17 feet; thence south 88 0 00 1 36 1 1
east a distance of 631.93 feet to the true point
of beginning,
subject, however, to easements and.restrictions of record.
