Please be informed that the Planning Commission approved said application with the following conditions: 1. The subject we permit shall be valid only for the period of 30 June to 3 July 1980 inclusive. 2. The staging area for lodging and feeding of circus animals shall be located as far to the east of the Doubletree Inn as practical to minimize disturbance to guests at that faci- lity. Now that the conditional use permit has been approved by the City's Planning Commission, a business license may be authorized by. the City Clerk's office.
