flora will regenerate.
B. A contour map in enclosed. The top of fill elevation will
not exceed adjoining roadway grade.
C. The material will come from the adjoining SPEEA - Southcenter
Office Park site.
D. Less than 10,000 cubic yards.
E. The fill will be kept away from the existing stream and will
be inspected by a soils engineer. Overall surface drainage
patterns will not be affected.

All city agencies have completed their expedited review of the SEPA checklist
submitted in support of the subject fill permit application. It is our con-
clusion that the information contained therein is insufficient in detail to
reach a final determination of environmental significance as required by State
Law. Therefore, we ask that you provide clarification of the following:
A) Provide explanation of all "Yes" answers given to checklist
questions
B) Provide indication of existing and proposed contours affected
by fill activity
C) Describe source and composition of fill material to be placed
under this permit
D). Describe the quantity of fill material to be placed underthis
permit
E) Describe the effect if any of fill activity proposed upon main-
tenance of the existing stream, and the extent to which surface
drainage patterns will be modified.
Upon receipt of the foregoing, we will be able to complete processing of
your permit application.

permit. This questionnaire must be completed by all persons applying for a
permit from the City of Tukwila, unless it is determined by the Responsible
Official that the permit is exempt or unless the applicant and Responsible
