for the consideration of three hundred and thirty Dollars
and also of benefits to accrue to them by reason of laying out
and establishing a public road through t property, and which is
hereinafter described, convey_, release_, and quit-claim to the City
of TUKWILA, State of Washington, for use of the Public forever, as a
public road and highway, all interest in the following described real
estate, viz.: West 10 feet of lots #1 and #2 -Block #11,
Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts. According
to records of King County, King County, Wash-
ington.
Further consideration for this Quit -Claim Deed is the agreement of the
Grantee, City of Tukwila, that at such time as said property is im-
proved as a public road and highway that Grantee will remove and re-
place at it's expense the improvements on said real estate consisting
of replacing fence.
together with the right to make all necessary slopes for cuts and fills
upon the abutting property and on each side of said described right -of-
way, in conformity with standard plans and specifications for highway
purposes, and to the same extent and purpose as if the rights herein
granted had been acquired by condemnation proceedings under Eminent
Domain statutes of the State of Washington,
situated in the County of State of Washington.
