and also of benefits to accrue to them by reason of laying out
and establishing a public road through their property, and which is
hereinafter described, convey_, release_, and quit-claim to the City
of TUKWILA, State of Washington,. for use of the Public forever, as a
public road and highway, all interest in the following described real
estate, viz.: West ten feet of lots #13 and #14, Block #11.
Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts.
According to the records of King County, King County
Washington.
Further consideration for this Quit -Claim Deed is the agreement of the
Grantee, City of Tukwila, that at such time as said property is improv-
ed as a public road and highway that Grantee will remove and replace at
its expense the improvements on said real estate consisting of replac-
ing retaining wall.
together with the right to make all necessary slopes for cuts and fills
upon the abutting property and on each side of said described right -of-
way, in conformity with standard plans and specifications for highway
purposes, and to the same extent and purpose as if the rights herein
granted had been acquired by condemnation proceedings under Eminent
Domain statutes of the State of Washington,
situated in the County of State of Washington.
