The Grantors, MARREN NEUMOTH and ROSE MARIE NEUROTH,
husband and wife, J. DAVID JENSEN and AMY JENSEN, husband and wife,
and the FEDERAL SAVINGS LOAN =SOHN.= CORFORAffTON, a corporation,
for valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledgeL, do
hereby grant, sell and convey to FRANK LINDELL and MARIAN LINDELL,
husband and wife, and ELLING HALVORSEN and BARBARA HALVORSEN, husband
and wife, their successors and assigns, an easement and right-of-way
over, through, across and upon the following described real property
situate in King County, Washdngton, to-wit:
The southwest 10 feet of the northeast \,
282.12 feet of the southeasterly 92.25 feet
of tract '15, Fostoria Garden Tracts
according to the plat recorded in Vol. 9
of plats, page 95, in King Obunty, Washington.
The purpose of said easement shall be for ingress and egress only and
there shall be no parking allowed on said easement. This easement
shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding upon
the successors, heirs and arligns of all of the parties hereto.
