DEED OF DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That PUGET WESTERN,
LO
INC., a Washington corporation, for valuable consideration
received, does hereby grant and dedicate to the CITY OF TUKWILA,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington and to the
public for public street and highway purposes and for no other
purposes the following described tract of real estate situate
in the County of Kings State of Washington to wits
That portion of the northwest quarter of Section
26, Township 23 North,, Range 4 East.. W. M., des-
cribed as follows. A strip of land one (1) foot
in width lying northerly of and parallel to the
following described lines
Beginning at the west quarter corner of said
Section 261 thence North 00 0 14 1 13" West along
the westerly line of said northwest quarter a
distance of 1400 feet;
thence South 89 0 21'31" East 664 feet to the
southwest corner of Tract 22 of the unrecorded
plat of McMicken Heights Division No. 11
thence North 00 West,, along the west-
erly limits of said Tract 22, 200 feet to the
northwest corner thereof;
thence South 89 0 21'31" East, along the north-
erly line of said Tract 22, a distance of 243.77
feet to the true point of beginning;
thence, continuing South 89 East along
said northerly limits of Tract 22 a distance of
392.58 feet to a point on the easterly margin of
54th Avenue South said point being the terminus
of this description.

PROVIDED,. HOWEVER, that this grant and dedication shall
be conditional upon the acceptance by the grantee of the above

30 days from the date of this grant and in the event the fore-
going condition and limitation shall not have been met within
said period of time this grant shall be deemed revoked and the
property herein granted shall immediately revert to Puget Western#
Inc. r

that executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged the said
instrument to be the free and voluntary act and deed of said cor-
poration, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, and on oath
stated that they were authorized to execute the said instrument
and that the seal affixed is the corporate seal of said corporation.
