QUITCLAIM DEED
THE GRANTOR THE CITY OF SEATTLE, a municipal corporation, for and in considera-
tion of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY N01100 ($150.00) Dollars,.and in consideration_of the
mutual benefits herein derived, conveys and quitclaims to THE CITY OF TMILA, for
use as a public street, all its right, title and interest in the following described
real estate located in King County, Washington, to -wit:
The north 30 feet of the SW V4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 26, Town-
ship 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M.
ALSO, the north 30 feet of that portion of the SE 1/4 of the NE
V4 of Section 26, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., lying
westerly of the following described line: Beginning at a point
on the westerly limits of said subdivision lying 333.20 feet
northerly of the SE corner of said subdivision; thence South
89 East parallel to the southerly limits of said subdi-
vision a.distance of 9.58 feet; thence North 48003'35" East a
distance of 97.16.feet; thence North 40053'57" East a distance
of 56.76 feet; thence North 44 East a distance of 50.24
feet; thence North 14 East a distance of 50.05 feet;
thence North 24 East a distance of 56.50 feet; thence
North 14 East a distance of 41.43 feet; thence North
35 East.a distance of 58:.10 feet; thence N6rth
East a distance of 117.50 feet; thence North 33 0 10'00" East a
distance of 304.50 feet; thence North 38 East a distance
of 157.50 feet; thence North 19 East a distance of
114.00 feet; thence North 11 West a distance of 69.50
feet to point on the northerly limits of said subdivision.
Together with a temporary easement, not.to exceed-one year in duration from date
of this .instrument, to enter upon the hereinafter described land and grade, level,
fill, drain and build a roadway with such fills and cuts as are necessary to bring
the described property to road or grade, level. This temporary easement is granted
upon the following described property:
The south 10 feet of the north 40 feet of the SW V4 of the NE
1/4 Of Section 26, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M.
ALSO, the south 30 feet of the north 60 feet of that portion of
the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 26, Township 23 North, Range
4 East, W.M., lying westerly of the following described line
Beginning at a point on the westerly limits of said subdivision
lying 333.20 feet northerly of the SE corner of said subdivision;
thence South 89 East parallel to the southerly limits of
said subdivision a.distance of 9.58 feet; thence North 48
East a distance of 97.16 feet; thence North 4 0 0 53'57" Easta dis-
tance of 56.76 feet; thence North 44 East a distance of
50.24 feet; thence North 14 East a distance of 50.05 feet;
thence North 24 East a distance of 56.50 feet; thence
North 14 East a distance of 41.43 feet; thence North
35 East.a distance of 58.10 feet; thence North 21
East a distance of 117.50'feet; thence North 33 East a
distance of 304.50 feet; thence North 38 East a distance
of 157.50 feet; thence North 19 East a distance of 114.00
feet; thence North 11 West a distance of 69.50 feet to a
point on the northerly limits of said subdivision.
It is herein stipulated that when said property is filled to the road or grade
level, or upon the expiration of the one year period, whichever shall be sooner, this
easement shall automatically terminate and no longer be of force and effect, and all
easement rights herein granted shall automatically revert to the grantor.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 92489 of
the CITY OF SEATTLE, said City has caused.this instrument to be executed by its
Mayor and City Comptroller thereunto duly authorized and has caused its corporate
