THE GRANTOR PUGET WESTERN, INC., a Washington corporation,
for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration,
conveys and quit claims to THE CITY OF TUBWILA, for use as a public street,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of KING
State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:
The north 30 feet of that portion of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of
Section 26, Twp. 23 N, Range 4 E., W.M., lying easterly of the
following described line: Beginning at a point on the westerly
limits of said subdivision lying 333.20 feet northerly of the SE
corner of said subdivision; thence S 89 °35 E parallel to the
southerly limits of said subdivision a distance of 9.58 feet;
thence N 48 0 03 1 35" E a distance of 97.16 feet; thence N 40
E a distance of 56.76 feet; thence N 44 0 17 1 54" E a distance of
50.24 feet; thence N 14 °51 E a distance of 50.05 feet; thence
N 24 0 45'19" E a distance of 56.50 feet; thence N 14 °35 E a
distance of 4.43 feet; thence N 35 0 00 1 20" E a distance of.58.10
feet; thence N 21 0 15 1 00" E a distance of.117.50 feet; thence

distance of 157.50 feet; thence N 19 0 30'00" E a distance of 114.00
feet; thence N. 11 0 00'00" W a distance of 69.50 feet to a point
on the northerly limits of said subdivision.
