THE GRANTOR PUGET WESTERN, INC., a Washington corporation,

for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER good and valuable consideration,
conveys and quit claims to THE CITY OF TUKWILA, for use as a public street,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of KING
State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:
That portion of the north 30 feet of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4
of Section 25, Twp. 23 N, Range 4 E., W.M., lying westerly of
the James Christensen County Road.
The -south 30- -feet of-the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4-of Section -26,
Twp. 23 N., Range 4 E.,WM.
That portion of the south 30 feet of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4
of Section 25, Twp. 23 N., Range 4 E., W.M., lying westerly
of the James Christensen County Road.
