between the hours of 4:00- 9:OOPM. Winners will be selected in the following categories:

• Less is More • Holidays Around the World
• Apartment /Condo: Best Door • Apartment /Condo: Best Balcony
• Northwest Flair • Best in Commercial District - indoor & outdoor
• Judge's Choice • City Staff or Elected Official

Eligible participants must be residents of Tukwila and must comply with all City regulations and applicable multifamily complex rules.
In signing and submitting this form, participant agrees to allow the City of Tukwila to photograph the participating property and consents
to the use, publication and reproduction of such photographs, as well as the participating property's address, for any purpose.
By signing, entrant confirms that he or she has the authority to sign this entry form and release on behalf of the participating property.
