C2 THE GRANTOR SOUTHCENTER CORPORATION, a Washington corporation
for and in consideration of the covenants of the City of Tukwila hereinafter set forth
conveys and quit claims to City of Tukwila, for use as a public street, only,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington, together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:

Exhibit "A" Attached hereto, and provided further, that this
Deed is given on the express condition, and the City of
Tukwila by acceptance of this Deed agrees, that all utility
lines of any type whatsoever permitted within or across the
real property described in Exhibit "A" and the easement de-
scribed therein shall be laid underground, and no such lines
shall be permitted in the air space above such real property
or easement. "M
