Easament for Access - 1 Nick Sciola and Patricia Sciola 2 /3497-1 /sciolame.n09 EASEMENT FOR ACCESS AND PANNING THIS EASEMENT AGREEMENT is between Nick Sciola and Patricia Ann Sciola, Husband and Wife as owners of the property described in Exhibit A hereto ( "Grantor ") and Nick Sciol and Patricia Ann Sciola, Husband and Wife as owners of the prop rty described in Exhibit H hereto ( "Grantee"). This document ip a re-record and amends the document filed under Ring County Recording No. 9010190497. RECITALS AGREEMENT A. Grantor owns certain real property located in King County, Washington, and more particularly described in Exhibit A hereto, incorporated herein this reference.) B. Grantee owns certain real property located in Xing County, Washington, and more particularly described in Exhibit H hereto, incorporated herein by this referenee.1 C. Grantor and Grantee desire to enter ifito a mutual agreement whereby Grantor gives Grantee an easement t for ingress and egress. NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION of mutual agreements herein contained the parties agree as follows: 1.0 Easement t r General A cess. 1.1 Grant of Easement. Grantor hereby grants to Grantee a perpetual non - exclusive easement in the property described on Exhibit A for the purposes statedlin paragraph 1.2 hereof. 1.2 Purposes. Grantee shall have the right of ingress and ogress over, across and through the property described on Exhibit A for general, including vehicular, access to such property by Grantee and for parking purposes, tta agents, i1 r ; ,!i� 61k , DcPutY employees, guests and invitees. Grantee may install at its expense a concrete, asphalt or gravel driveway for such purpose, not to exceed 60 feet in width, over the land described in Exhibit A, and shall thereafter maintain the same in good condition.
