QUIT CLAIM DEED
SOUTHCENTER CORPORATION, a corporation organized under the
M 9 laws of the State of Washington, does hereby quit claim to th.e
t CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal corporation of the Mate of
y Washington, for the use of the public forever and for any and
all public purposes not inconsistent with the use thereof, for
a public street, the following described property located in
King County, Washington, commonly kno -4 as 63d Avenue South, and
also known as Andover Parkway West:
That portion of W. H. Gilliam Donation Land Claim No. 40,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the northeast 1/4
of the northeast 1/4 of section 26, township 23 N.,
range 4 E. W. M.; thence north 0 0 12'09 11 west along the
west line of said subdivision produced across W. H.
Gilliam D. L.C. No. 40, 755.69 feet, said line being
the east line of Southcenter, Inc., property; thence
south 88 40'00" west, 82.58 feet; thence south 1
east,-80.0 feet -to =a -point of curve whose tangent bears
north 88 40'00! 1 east; thence along a curve to the right
having a radius of 50.0 feet, a distance of 79.53 feet
to point of tangent; thence south 0 east parallel
to said east property line, 623.81 feet, to north line
of said section 26, said north line also being the south
line of said W. H. Gilliam D. L.C.; thence south 89
east, 30.0 feet returning to the point of beginning;
AND the east 30 feet of the northwest quarter of the north-
east quarter of section 26, township 23 north., range 4 east,
W.M.
all as shown on Exhibit attached hereto, without, however, excep-
ting any portion thereof for the City of Seattle pipeline right of
way shown on said Exhibit "A

appeared REX ALLISON, to me known to be the President, and
ROGER L. SHIDLER, to me known to be the Secretary, of SOUTHCENTER
CORPORATION, the corporation that executed the within and fore-
going instrument, and acknowledged the said instrument to be the
free and voluntary act and deed of said corporation, for the uses
and purposes therein mentioned, and on oath stated they they were
authorized to execute the said instrument, and that the seal affixed
is the corporate seal of said corporation.
