THE GRANTOR WELDON R. BAZE, husband of Grantee,
for and In consideration of Property Settlement between husband and wife
convey and quit claim to VIOLET B. GAZE, wife of Grantor,
j the foilowia= described real estate, situated in the County of King

State of Washington including any interest th.rein which grantor may hereafter acquire:

Range 4 E.W. Lot Two (2) except portion for street, except
portion thereof described as follo Beginning at the south-
west corner of lot 2; thence northerly along Crest line of lot
2, a distance of 120 feet; thence easterly 80 feet on a line
parallel to the north line of lot 2; thence southerly parallel
with the frost line of said Lot 2, 100 feet, more or less, to
the south line of said lot 2; thence southwesterly along the
southerly line of Lot 2, to the point of beginning.
