QUIT CLAIM DEED
THE GRANTOR, SOUTH CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 406, for and
in consideration of ONE DOLLAR AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE
CONSIDERATION, conveys and quit claims to the TOWN OF TUKWILA,
a municipal corporation, the following described real estate,
situated in the County of King, State of Washington:
The Westerly 25 feet of the following:
No. 1: That portion of tract 40, Brookvale Garden Tracts, accord-
ing to plat recorded'in volume 10 of plats, page 47, in King
County, Washington, lying east of the centerline of 58th
Avenue South in Tri -Vista Terrace, according to plat recorded-
in volume 53 of plats, page 28, produced south;
TOGETHER with a strip of land adjoining said tract on the
east and lying west of the extended centerline of 59th Avenue.'-
South, and between the extended north and south lines of said
tract 40.
No. 2: The east 227 feet of tract 39, Brookvale Garden Tracts,
according to plat recorded in Volume 10 of plats, page 47,
in King County, Washington;
ALSO ALL that unplatted strip of land lying between the east
line of tract 39, Brookvale Garden Tracts, according to plat
recorded in volume 10 of plats, page 47, in King County,
Washington, and the west line of Interurban Addition to
Seattle, according to plat recorded in volume 10 of plats,
page 55 in King County, Washington.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said grantor has cauped this instrument to
be executed by its proper officers this i2? day of 1956.

tioners be and heraby are granted authority to convey said
property,, consisting ofthe westerly 2 5 feet thereof# to the
Town of Tukwila on ouch terms and conditions as may be mutually
kagreed upon by the duly constituted authorities for South
Central School District No. 406
