TREASURER' S DEED
STATE OF WASHINGTON)

County of King
THIS INDENTURE made this 30th day of April, 1951 between A. A. TREMPER,
as Treasurer of King County, State of Washingtonp party of the first part,
and THE TOWN OF TUKWILA, State of Washington, a municipal corporation, party
of the second part,
WITNESSETH; that whereas the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of King, State of Washington, after negotiation with representatives
of the Town of Tukwila, has, by unanimous action on April 12th, 1954, author-
ized the conveyance of the following described real property to the Town of
Tukwila, pursuant to Chapter 238 Laws of 1947 of the State of Washington,
and for and in consideration of the sum of THREE AND 95/100 ($3-95)
Dollars, lawful money of the United States of America, said sum being not
less than the principal amount of the unpaid taxes on said property, to me
in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I have this day
sold to the Town of Tukwila, a municipal corporation, the following described
property and which real estate is the property of King County and which is
particularly described as follows, to -wit;
Portion Southwest of County Road, Lot 16, Block 4, Hillman's
Seattle Garden Tracts
Now, therefore, know ye that I, A. A. TREMPER, County Treasurer of said
County of King, State of Washington, in consideration of the premises and by
virtue of said Chapter 238, Laws of 1947 of the State of Washington, do
hereby grant and convey to the Town of Tukwila, a municipal corporation of
the State of Washington, the said real estate hereinbefore described, as
fully and completely as the said party of the first part can, by virtue of
the premises cp'nvey the same.
