PERMIT CONDITIONS:
1: ** *BUILDING DEPARTMENT CONDITIONS * **
2: No changes shall be made to the approved plans unless approved by the design professional in responsible charge and the
Building Official.
3: All mechanical work shall be inspected and approved under a separate permit issued by the City of Tukwila Permit Center
(206/431 - 3670).
4: All permits, inspection records, and approved plans shall be at the job site and available to the inspectors prior to
start of any construction. These documents shall be maintained and made available until final inspection approval is
granted.
5: All construction shall be done in conformance with the approved plans and the requirements of the International
Building Code or International Residential Code, International Mechanical Code, Washington State Energy Code.
6: Fire retardant treated wood shall have a flame spread of not greater than 25. All materials shall bear identification
showing the fire performance rating thereof. Such identification shall be issued by an approved agency having a service
for inspection at the factory.

7: Remove all demolition rubble and loose Sellaneous material from lot or parcel of groteproperly cap the sanitary
sewer connections, and properly fill or otherwise protect all basements, cellars, septic tanks, wells, and other
excavations. Final inspection approval will be determined by the building inspector based on satisfactory completion of
this requirement.
8: Ventilation is required for all new rooms and spaces of new or existing buildings and shall be in conformance with the
International Building Code and the Washington State Ventilation and Indoor Air Quality Code.
9: All plumbing and gas piping work shall be inspected and approved under a separate permit issued by the City of Tukwila
Building Department (206- 431 - 3670).

11: VALIDITY OF PERMIT: The issuance or granting of a permit shall not be construed to be a permit for, or an approval of,
any violation of any of the provisions of the building code or of any other ordinances of the City of Tukwila. Permits
presuming to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of the code or other ordinances of the City of Tukwila
shall not be valid. The issuance of a permit based on construction documents and other data shall not prevent the
Building Official from requiring the correction of errors in the construction documents and other data.
12: ** *FIRE DEPARTMENT CONDITIONS * **
13: The attached set of building plans have been reviewed by the Fire Prevention Bureau and are acceptable with the
following concerns:
14: The total number of fire extinguishers required for an ordinary hazard occupancy with Class A fire hazards is
calculated at one extinguisher for each 1,500 sq. ft. of area. The extinguisher(s) should be of the "All Purpose" (2A,
20B:C) dry chemical type. Travel distance to any fire extinguisher must be 75' or less. (IFC 906.3) (NFPA 10, 3 -2.1)
15: Portable fire extinguishers, not housed in cabinets, shall be installed on the hangers or brackets supplied. Hangers or
brackets shall be securely anchored to the mounting surface in accordance with the manufacturer's installation
instructions. Portable fire extinguishers having a gross weight not exceeding 40 pounds (18 kg) shall be installed so
that its top is not more than 5 feet (1524 mm) above the floor. Hand -held portable fire extinguishers having a gross
weight exceeding 40 pounds (18 kg) shall be installed so that its top is not more than 3.5 feet (1067 mm) above the
floor. The clearance between the floor and the bottom of the installed hand -held extinguishers shall not be less than 4
inches (102 mm). (IFC 906.7 and IFC 906.9)
16: Fire extinguishers shall not be obstructed or obscured from view. In rooms or areas in which visual obstruction cannot
be completely avoided, means shall be provided to indicate the locations of the extinguishers. (IFC 906.6)
17: Extinguishers shall be located in conspicuous locations where they will be readily accessible and immediately available
for use. These locations shall be along normal paths of travel, unless the fire code official determines that the
hazard posed indicates the need for placement away from normal paths of travel. (IFC 906.5)
18: Fire extinguishers require monthly and yearly inspections. They must have a tag or label securely attached that
indicates the month and year that the inspection was performed and shall identify the company or person performing the
service. Every six years stored pressure extinguishers shall be emptied and subjected to the applicable recharge
procedures. If the required monthly and yearly inspections of the fire extinguishers) are not accomplished or the
inspection tag is not completed, a reputable fire extinguisher service company will be required to conduct these
required surveys. (NFPA 10, 4 -3, 4 -4)
19: Egress doors shall be readily openable from the egress side without the use of a key or special knowledge or effort.
(IFC 1008.1.8.3 subsection 2.2)
20: Dead bolts are not allowed on auxiliary exit doors unless the dead bolt is automatically retracted when the door handle
is engaged from inside the tenant space. (IFC Chapter 10)
21: Door handles, pulls, latches, locks and other operating devices on doors required to be accessible by Chapter 11 of the
International Building Code shall not require tight grasping, tight pinching or twisting of the wrist to operate. (IFC
1008.1.8.1)
22: Exit hardware and marking shall meet the requirements of the International Fire Code. (IFC Chapter 10)
23: Exits and exit access doors shall be marked by an approved exit sign readily visible from any direction of egress
travel. Access to exits shall be marked by readily visible exit signs in cases where the exit or the path of egress
travel is not immediately visible to the occupants. Exit sign placement shall be such that no point in an exit access
corridor is more than 100 feet (30,480 mm) or the listed viewing distance for the sign, whichever is less, from the
nearest visible exit sign. (IFC 1011.1)

24: Every exit sign and directional exit sign 11 have plainly legible letters not less than 6 es (152 mm) high with
the principal strokes of the letters not less t .75 inch (19.1 mm) wide. The word "EXIT" 6
letters having
a width not less than 2 inches (51 mm) wide except the letter "I ", and the minimum spacing between letters shall not be
less than 0.375 inch (9.5 mm). Signs larger than the minimum established in section 1011.5.1 of the International Fire
Code shall have letter widths, strokes and spacing m proportion to their height. The word "EXIT" shall be in high
contrast with the background and shall be clearly discernible when the exit sign illumination means is or is not
energized. If an arrow is provided as part of the exit sign, the construction shall be such that the arrow direction
cannot be readily changed. (IFC 1011.5.1)
25: Exit signs shall be illuminated at all times. To ensure continued illumination for a duration of not less than 90
minutes in case of primary power loss, the sign illumination means shall be connected to an emergency power system
provided from storage batteries, unit equipment or on -site generator. (IFC 1006.1, 1006.2, 1006.3)
26: Emergency lighting facilities shall be arranged to provide initial illumination that is at least an average of 1
foot -candle (11 lux) and a minimum at any point of 0.1 foot - candle (1 lux) measured along the path of egress at floor
level. Illumination levels shall be permitted to decline to 0.6 foot - candle (6 lux) average and a minimum at any point
of 0.06 foot - candle (0.6 lux) at the end of the emergency lighting time duration. A maximum -to- minimum illumination
uniformity ratio of 40 to 1 shall not be exceeded. (IFC 1006.4)
27: Maintain sprinkler coverage per N.F.P.A. 13. Addition/relocation of walls, closets or partitions may require relocating
and /or adding sprinkler heads. (IFC 901.4)
28: Sprinklers shall be installed under fixed obstructions over 4 feet (1.2 m) wide such as ducts, decks, open grate
flooring, cutting tables, shelves and overhead doors. (NFPA 13- 8.6.5.3.3)
29: All new sprinkler systems and all modifications to existing sprinkler systems shall have fire department review and
approval of drawings prior to installation or modification. New sprinkler systems and all modifications to sprinkler
systems involving more than 50 heads shall have the written approval of Factory Mutual or any fire protection engineer
licensed by the State of Washington and approved by the Fire Marshal prior to submittal to the Tukwila Fire Prevention
Bureau. No sprinkler work shall commence without approved drawings. (City Ordinance No. 2327).
30: Maintain fire alarm system audible /visual notification. Addition/relocation of walls or partitions may require
relocation and/or addition of audible /visual notification devices. (City Ordinance #2328)
31: All new fire alarm systems or modifications to existing systems shall have the written approval of The Tukwila Fire
Prevention Bureau. No work shall commence until a fire department permit has been obtained. (City Ordinance #2328) (IFC
104.2)
32: An electrical permit from the City of Tukwila Building Department Permit Center (206- 431 -3670) is required for this
project.
33: All electrical work and equipment shall conform strictly to the standards of the National Electrical Code. (NFPA 70)
34: The maximum flame spread class of finish materials used on interior walls and ceilings shall not exceed that set forth
in Table No. 803.5 of the International Building Code.
35: Post address on storefront per approved Westfield standards.
36: This review limited to speculative tenant space only - special fire permits may be necessary depending on detailed
description of intended use.

In reviewing our current records, the above noted permit has not received a final inspection by the City of Tukwila Building
Division. Per the International Building Code, International Mechanical Code, Uniform Plumbing Code and/or the National
Electric Code, every permit issued by the Building Division under the provisions of these codes shall expire by limitation and
become null and void if the building or work authorized by such permit has not begun within 180 days from the issuance date
of such permit, or if the building or work authorized by such permit is suspended or abandoned at any time after the work has
begun for a period of 180 days. Your permit will expire on 12/12/2012.
Based on the above, you are hereby advised to:
1) Call the City of Tukwila Inspection Request Line at 206 - 431 -2451 to schedule for the next or final inspection.
Each inspection creates a new 180 day period, provided the inspection shows progress.

Pursuant to King County Code 28.84, all sewer customers who establish a new service which uses metropolitan sewage facilities shall be subject to a capacity charge.
The amount of the charge is established annually by the King County Council at a rate per month per residential customer or residential customer equivalent for a
period of fifteen years. The purpose of the charge is to recover costs of providing sewage treatment capacity for new sewer customers. All future billings can be

General Notes
1. ALL WORK PERFORMED BY THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CONFORM TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF MUNICIPAL LOCAL OR FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS AS
WELL AS ANY OTHER GOVERNING REQUIREMENTS, WHETHER OR NOT
SPECIFIED ON NE DRAWINGS.
2. WHERE THE CONTRACT NOTES OR DRAWINGS CALL FOR ANY WORK OF A
MORE STRINGENT NATURE THAN THAT REQUIRED BY THE BUILDING CODE OR
ANY OTHER DEPARTMENT HAYING JURISDICTION OVER THE WORK, THE WORK

3. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN AND PAY FOR ALL LEGALLY REQUIRED
APPROVALS AND PERMITS NECESSARY FOR THE EXECUTION AND
COMPLETION OF THIS WORK FORWARD COPIES OF EXECUTED PERMITS TO
WESTFIELD.
4. ALL WESTFIELD DRAWINGS AND ALL CONSTRUCTION NOTES ARE
COMPLEMENTARY AND WHAT IS CALLED FOR BY EITHER WILL BE BINDING AS
IF CALLED FOR BY ALL. ANY WORK SHOWN OR REFERRED TO ON ANY ONE
SET OF DRAWINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED AS THOUGH SHOWN ON ALL
RELATED DRAWINGS.
5. THE CONTRACTOR 15 WHOLLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COORDINATION AND
SCHEDULING OF THE WORK FOR ALL SUBCONTRACTORS, CRAFTSMEN, AND
TRADESMEN REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE JOB.
6. NE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY WESTFIELD IMMEDIATELY IF HE CANNOT
COMPLY WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS CALLED FOR ON THESE DRAWINGS.
1. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY WESTFIELD IMMEDIATELY OF ANY
DISCREPANCIES OR OMISSIONS BETWEEN THE DRAWINGS, THESE NOTES, AND
FIELD CONDITIONS AND REQUEST CLARIFICATION BEFORE COMMENCING ANY
WORK
8. EACH CONTRACTOR SHALL CHECK AND VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS AND
CONDITIONS AT JOB SITE RELATING TO THE WORK OF EACH TRADE. NO
ALLOWANCE SHALL BE MADE FOR ANY EXTRA EXPENSE OR EXTENSION OF
TIME DUE TO CONTRACTOR'S FAILURE OR NEGLIGENCE IN COMPLETELY
EXAMINING THE JOBSITE.
9. ALL CONTRACTORS SHALL CONTACT WESTFIELD TO DETERMINE THE
BUILDING OWNER'S RULES FOR CONSTRUCTION DELIVERIES, CONSTRUCTION
TASKS TO BE PERFORMED OUTSIDE REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS, AND ANY
OTHER SPECIAL BUILDING REQUIREMENTS WHICH WILL AFFECT THE WORK IF
OVERTIME WORK IS REQUIRED BY ANY TRADE, APPROVAL (INCLUDING COST
APPROVAL) MUST BE OBTAINED PRIOR TO THE EXECUTION OF ANY WORK
THE GENERAL INTENT IS THAT ALL WORK EXCEPT FOR NOISE - GENERATING
CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE PERFORMED ON REGULAR TIME.
10. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR, SUBCONTRACTORS, AND ANY OTHER
CONTRACTOR INVOLVED IN THIS PROJECT SHALL TAKE NOTE THAT ANY
COSTS DUE TO DEFECTIVE AND /OR ILL -TIMED WORK AS A RESULT OF, BUT
NOT LIMITED TO, INFERIOR WORKMANSHIP OR MATERIALS AND /OR IMPROPER
SCHEDULING OR DELINQUENT ORDERING, SHALL BE BORNE BY THE PARTY
RESPONSIBLE.
11. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE ALL RUBBISH AND WASTE
MATERIALS FROM HIS OWN AND 1415 SUBCONTRACTORS' WORK, CARPET AND
TELECOM INSTALLATION, ETC., AND PROVIDE FOR ITS REMOVAL FROM THE
JOBSITE.
12. THE CONTRACTOR SI4ALL EXERCISE STRICT DUST CONTAINMENT CONTROL TO
PREVENT DIRT OR DUST FROM LEAVING THE JOBSITE.
13. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE PROTECTION DURING SITE WORK,
DEMOLITION, AND CONSTRUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH IBC CHAPTER 33.
THE CONTRACTOR 5144LL PROTECT ALL AREAS FROM DAMAGE WHICH MAY
OCCUR DURING CONSTRUCTION. ANY DAMAGE TO NEW AND EXISTING
CONSTRUCTION, STRUCTURE, OR EQUIPMENT SHALL BE REPAIRED OR
REPLACED TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE OWNER AT TI-E EXPENSE OF THE
CONTRACTOR.
14. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY PROTECTION FOR HI5
WORK UNTIL COMPLETION OF CONTRACTED WORK
I. THESE DRAWINGS, NOTES, AND SCHEDULES CONVEY THE DESIGN INTENT. THE
HIGHEST POSSIBLE QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP, MATERIAL, AND EQUIPMENT
SHALL BE USED.
16. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN A CURRENT AND COMPLETE SET OF
CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS ON SITE DURING ALL CONSTRUCTION PHASES FOR
THE USE OF ALL TRADES. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SEE THAT ALL
SUBCONTRACTORS RECEIVE COMPLETE SETS OF CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
OR ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR COORDINATION OF WORK WHEN
COMPLETE 5E75 ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO SUBCONTRACTORS.
Il. ALL EXISTING MANUFACTURED ITEMS NOT BEING REMOVED SHALL BE
REFURBISHED AS REQUIRED. ANY LOOSE ITEMS TIGHTENED (INCLUDING, BUT
NOT LIMITED TO, EXIT SIGNS, DOILNLIGHTS, SPEAKERS, MOULDINGS, ETC .), AND
ANY MISSING PARTS REPLACED BY THE CONTRACTOR TO ACHIEVE A
COMPLETE INSTALLATION WITH A NEW APPEARANCE.
18. REQUIRED EXITS, WAYS OF APPROACH THERETO, AND WAYS OF TRAVEL
FROM THE EXIT INTO THE STREET SHALL CONTINUOUSLY BE MAINTAINED FREE
FROM ALL OBSTRUCTIONS AND IMPEDIMENTS FOR EGRESS IN CASE OF FIRE
OR OTHER EMERGENCY.
19. DURING THE ENTIRE PERIOD OF DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION, ALL
EXISTING EXIT SIGNS, EXIT LIGHTING, FIRE PROTECTION DEVICES, AND
ALARMS SHALL BE CONTINUOUSLY MANTAINED.
20. INSURANCE AND BONDING FOR THE PROJECT SI4ALL BE AS DIRECTED BY
AND TO THE SATISFACTION OF WESTFIELD.
21. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY SIZE, LOCATION, ELECTRICAL
REQUIREMENTS, AND CHARACTERISTICS OF ALL WORK AND /OR EQUIPMENT
SUPPLIED BY THE OWNER OR OTHERS PRIOR TO THE START OF RELATED
WORK WITH THE MANUFACTURER OR SUPPLIER
22. CONTRACT CLOSE -OUT SHALL OCCUR ONLY AFTER WESTFIELD 14A5
PREPARED THE CERTIFICATE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION AND PUNCH LIST
AND PUNCH LIST ITEMS HAVE BEEN CORRECTED. 714E CONTRACTOR SHALL
SUBMIT MAINTENANCE AND WARRANTY MANUALS, RELEASE OF LIENS, AND
RECORD DRAWINGS TO WESTFIELD WITH HIS FINAL APPLICATION FOR
PAYMENT. WESTFIELD 51-IALL PREPARE ANY NECESSARY CHANGE ORDERS
REQUIRED TO FINALIZE THE COST OF THE PROJECT BASED ON THE
CONTRACTOR'S FINAL SUBMITTALS.
23. MANUFACTURER'S NAME, TRADEMARK, LOGOS, ETC., SHALL NOT BE VISIBLE
TO THE PUBLIC.
24. WESTFIELD, WITHOUT INVALIDATING THE CONTRACT, MAY ORDER EXTRA WORK
OR MAKE CHANGES BY ALTERING, ADDING TO, OR DEDUCTING FROM THE
WORK THE CONTRACT SUM AND CLAIMS FOR EXTENSION OF TIME SHALL BE
ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY. SUCH WORK SHALL BE OTHERWISE EXECUTED
UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT.
25. ALL "EXISTING TO BE RELOCATED" AND /OR NEW ITEMS INSTALLED BY THE
CONTRACTOR, IN ADDITION TO BEING AMPLY PROTECTED THROUGHOUT THE
PERIOD OF CONSTRUCTION, SHALL BE TI- IOROUGHLY CLEANED TO THE
SATISFACTION OF WESTFIELD PRIOR TO BEING TURNED OVER TO THE OWNER
26. THE CONTRACTOR AGREES TO PAY ALL TRANSPORTATION CHARGES ON ALL
MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT TO THE POINT OF USE AND SHALL BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL UNLOADING, CHECKING, AND STORING OF SAME IN
CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTRACT.
21. IF THE CONTRACTOR CLAIMS THAT ANY REVISION TO THE DRAWINGS
INVOLVES EXTRA COST UNDER THIS CONTRACT, HE SHALL GIVE WRITTEN
NOTICE TO WESTFIELD WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME AFTER RECEIPT OF SUCH
INSTRUCTIONS AND, IN ANY EVENT, BEFORE PROCEEDING TO EXECUTE THE
WORK THE PROCEDURE SHALL BE AS PROVIDED FOR IN THE AGREEMENT
UNDER "CHANGES IN THE WORK ". NO SUCH CLAIMS SHALL BE VALID UNLESS
SO MADE. UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED, NO PAYMENT ON SUCH BILLS WILL BE
MADE UNTIL FINAL SETTLEMENT.
28. ALL CLAMS FOR ADDITIONAL WORK WILL BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING FOR
REVIEW BY WESTFIELD AND SHALL INCLUDE A COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF
THE WORK, MATERIALS USED, ROOM NUMBER OF THE AREA OF WORK, AND
AUTHORIZATION UNDER WHICH THE WORK IS BEING PERFORMED. TOTAL COST
OF TI4E WORK, INCLUDING THE CONTRACTOR'S MARK -UP, SHALL BE NCLUDED
IN THE SUBMITTAL.
29. NE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT A DETAILED CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE TO
THE OWNER INDICATING PHASING OF TINE WORK FROM START TO FNISH OF THE
PROJECT.
30. ALL DIMENSIONS ARE FROM THE FACE OF STUD TO THE FACE OF STUD,
UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
31. ALL WORK LISTED, SHOWN, OR IMPLIED ON ANY CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT
SHALL BE SUPPLIED AND INSTALLED BY THE CONTRACTOR, UNLESS NOTED
OTHERWISE.
32. ALL MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP SI4ALL BE GUARANTEED FOR A PERIOD
OF A YEAR FROM THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE PROJECT BY THE OWNER,
UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
33. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FLASH PATCH FOR CARPET NSTALLATION TO
PROVIDE EVEN SURFACE.
34. N SOUND -RATED ROOMS, ALL WALL AND FLOOR PENETRATIONS FOR PIPES,
DUCTS AND OUTLETS SHALL BE SEALED WITH AN ACOUSTICAL SEALANT AND
CONCEALED OR RECESSED FIXTURES SHALL BE COVERED OR BACKED WITH
A SOUND ATTENUATION BLANKET.
35. THE CONTRACTOR 51-1ALL PROVIDE BLOCKING, BACKING, FRAMING HANGERS,
OR OTHER SUPPORT FOR ALL FIXTURES, EQUIPMENT, CABINETRY,
FURNISHINGS, AND ALL OTHER ITEMS AS REQUIRED.
36. MAXIMUM ROOM OCCUPANT LOAD SIGNS SHALL BE FURNISHED AND
INSTALLED AS REQUIRED BY THE BUILDING CODE.
31. DOOR OPENINGS IN GYPSUM BOARD PARTITIONS NOT DIMENSIONED ARE TO
BE LOCATED IN CENTER OF ROOM OR WITHIN 4" OF ADJOINING PARTITION.
38. ALL SYMBOLS AND ABBREVIATIONS USED ON THE DRAWINGS ARE
CONSIDERED CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS. IF THE CONTRACTOR 1445

WESTFIELD'S APPROVAL.
43. AT THE TIME OF BID SUBMITTAL, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ADVISE WESTFIELD
IN WRITING OF ANY SPECIFIED MATERIALS OR EQUIPMENT THAT IS
UNAVAILABLE.
44. THE CONTRACTOR SI4ALL PROVIDE AND NSTALL ROUGH PLUMBING AND

EXACT LOCATIONS WITH WESTFIELD PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
46. PRIOR TO INSTALLATION OF CARPET AND WNDOW COVERING, THE
CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN THE SPACE IN BROOM CLEAN CONDITION

55. ANY AND ALL PROPOSED REVISIONS SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN THE FORM OF

58. FIRE SPRINKLER CONTRACTOR SHALL DESIGN AND PROVIDE CERTIFIED
SPRINKLER DRAWINGS FOR WESTFIELD'S APPROVAL.
59. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL HOLD HARMLESS THE BUILDING OWNER WESTFIELD,
AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES OF ANY LEGAL ACTION ARISING ,45 A RESULT
OF THE CONTRACTOR'S WORK
60. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE THREE (3) SETS OF SHOP DRAWINGS TO
WESTFIELD FOR DESIGN APPROVAL AFTER HE HAS REVIEWED THEM FOR
CONSTRUCTABILITY, COORDINATION BETWEEN TRADES, AND CONFORMANCE
WITH Tl-E CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
61. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT SAMPLES OF FINISH MATERIALS TO
WESTFIELD FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. THE CONTRACTOR
SHALL BE WHOLLY LIABLE IF HE FAILS TO DO SO, WHETHER FINISHES ARE
SPECIFIED CORRECTLY OR INCORRECTLY IN TI4E CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
62. DAMEGE TO WORK SHALL BE REPAIRED BY THE TRADE WHOSE WORK IS
DAMAGED AND CHARGED TO THE PARTY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE.
63. THESE DOCUMENTS INCORPORATE THE AIA GENERAL CONDITIONS OF TI4E
CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION (AIA DOCUMENTS 4201) AND SUPPLEMENTAL
CONDITIONS PRE ARED BY WESTFIELD, IF ANY, BY REFERENCE. BIDDERS

CODE, AND TI-E 2009 INTERNATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE, INCLUDING ALL
CODES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR LOCAL JURISDICTIONS.
2. THE FACILITIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, SANITARY FACILITIES,
DRINKING FOUNTAINS, AND ELEVATORS ON ALL FLOORS, MUST COMPLY WITH
ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS.
3. TOILET FACILITIES SHALL BE IDENTIFIED BY SIGNAGE IN COMPLIANCE WITH
