No plumbing piping shall be directly embedded in concrete or masonry. 28: All pipes penetrating floor /ceiling assemblies and fire- resistance rated walls or partitions shall be protected in accordance with the requirements of the building code. 29: Piping in the ground shall be laid on a firm bed for its entire length. Traffic Control Plans shall be submitted to the Inspector for prior approval. 37: The City of Tukwila has an undergrounding ordinance requiring the power, telecommunications, and cable service lines be underground from the point of connection on the pole to the house. 38: Any material spilled onto any street shall be cleaned up immediately. 39: Since the house must have a fire sprinlder system installed, it shall be verified in writing to the Public Works Project Inspector that the fire loop system for the building contains a WA State Department of Health approved Double Check Valve Assembly (DCVA). This shall be done prior to final inspection. Refer to attached Public Works Details for 1" FIRE /DOMESTIC SERVICE and/or 1" FLOW- THROUGH SYSTEM. Backflow device is (optional) if a FLOW - THROUGH SYSTEM is installed. Coordinate with the Public Works Project Inspector. 40: The house fire sprinkler system shall be designed by a Fire Sprinkler System Designer. Designer shall verify in writing to the Public Works Project Inspector that a 3/4 -inch water meter and service line meets domestic water and fire flow requirements. If domestic water and fire flow requirements are not met, then a 1 -inch water meter with a 1 -inch service line is required. Refer to attached Public Works Details for 1" FIRE /DOMESTIC SERVICE and/or 1" FLOW- THROUGH SYSTEM. Coordinate with the Public Works Project Inspector. 41: Temporary erosion control measures shall be implemented as the first order of business to prevent sedimentation off-site or into existing drainage facilities. 42: The site shall have permanent erosion control measures in place as soon as possible after final grading has been completed and prior to the Final Inspection. 43: The Land Altering Permit Fee is based upon an estimated 10 cubic yards of cut and 10 cubic yards of fill. If the final quantity exceeds this amount, the developer shall be required to recalculate the final quantity and pay the difference in permit fee prior to the Final Inspection. 44: From October 1 through April 30, cover any slopes and stockpiles that are 3H:1V or steeper and have a vertical rise of 10 feet or more and will be unworked for greater than 12 hours. During this time period, cover or mulch other disturbed areas, if they will be unworked more than 2 days. Covered material must be stockpiled on site at the beginning of this period. Inspect and maintain this stabilization weekly and immediately before, during and following storms. 45: From May 1 through September 30, inspect and maintain temporary erosion prevention and sediment at least monthly. All disturbed areas of the site shall be permanently stabilized prior to final construction approval. 46: All conditions of the Tukwila (a.k.a.) Multard Short Plat and Plans shall be met. Refer to Permit Nos. PW06 -080 and L06 -004. 47: ** *FIRE DEPARTMENT CONDITIONS * ** 48: The attached set of building plans have been reviewed by the Fire Prevention Bureau and are acceptable with the following concerns: 49: An approved automatic fire sprinlder extinguishing system is required for this project. (City Ordinance #2327) 50: All new sprinkler systems and all modifications to existing sprinkler systems shall have fire department review and approval of drawings prior to installation or modification. New sprinkler systems and all modifications to sprinkler systems involving more than 50 heads shall have the written approval of Factory Mutual or any fire protection engineer licensed by the State of Washington and approved by the Fire Marshal prior to submittal to the Tukwila Fire Prevention Bureau.
