Traffic Control Plans shall be submitted to the Inspector for prior approval. 37: The City of Tukwila has an undergrounding ordinance requiring the power, telecommunications, and cable service lines be underground from the point of connection on the pole to the house. 38: Any material spilled onto any street shall be cleaned up immediately. 39: Since the house must have a fire sprinkler system installed, it shall be verified in writing to the Public Works Project Inspector that the fire loop system for the building contains a WA State Department of Health approved Double Check Valve Assembly (DCVA). This shall be done prior to final inspection. Refer to attached Public Works Details for 1" FIRE /DOMESTIC SERVICE and/or 1" FLOW- THROUGH SYSTEM. Coordinate with the Public Works Project Inspector. 40: The house fire sprinlder system shall be designed by a Fire Sprinkler System Designer. Designer shall verify in writing to the Public Works Project Inspector that a 3/4 -inch water meter and service line meets domestic water and fire flow requirements. If domestic water and fire flow requirements are not met, then a 1 -inch water meter with a 1 -inch service line is required. Refer to attached Public Works Details for 1" FIRE /DOMESTIC SERVICE and/or 1" FLOW- THROUGH SYSTEM. Coordinate with the Public Works Project Inspector. 41: Temporary erosion control measures shall be implemented as the first order of business to prevent sedimentation off -site or into existing drainage facilities. 42: The site shall have permanent erosion control measures in place as soon as possible after final grading has been completed and prior to the Final Inspection. 43: The Land Altering Permit Fee is based upon an estimated cubic yards of . PW06 -080 and L06 -004. 47: ** *FIRE DEPARTMENT CONDITIONS * ** 48: The attached set of building plans have been reviewed by the Fire Prevention Bureau and are acceptable with the following concerns: 49: An approved automatic fire sprinlder extinguishing system is required for this project. (City Ordinance #2327) 50: All new sprinlder systems and all modifications to existing sprinkler systems shall have fire department review and approval of drawings prior to installation or modification.
