PERMIT CONDITIONS:
1: ** *BUILDING DEPARTMENT CONDITIONS * **
2: No changes shall be made to the approved plans unless approved by the design professional in responsible charge and the
Building Official.
3: All permits, inspection records, and approved plans shall be at the job site and available to the inspectors prior to
start of any construction. These documents shall be maintained and made available until final inspection approval is
granted.
4: When special inspection is required, either the owner or the registered design professional in responsible charge,
shall employ a special inspection agency and notify the :Building Official of the appointment prior to the first
building inspection. The special inspector shall furnish inspection reports to the Building Official in a timely manner.
5: A final report documenting required special inspections and correction of any discrepancies noted in the inspections
shall be submitted to the Building Official. The final inspection report shall be prepared by the approved special
inspection agency and shall be submitted to the Building Official prior to and as a condition of final inspection
approval.

6: All construction shall be done in conform. with the approved plans and the requireme of the International
Building Code or International Residential C International Mechanical Code, Washingto to Energy Code.
7: Structrual Observations in accordance with I.B.C. Section 1709 is required. At the conclusion of the work included in
the permit, the structural observer shall submit to the Building Official a written statement that the site visits have
been made and identify any reported deficiencies which, to the best of the structural observer's knowledge, have not
been resolved.
8: VALIDITY OF PERMIT: The issuance or granting of a permit shall not be construed to be a permit for, or an approval of,
any violation of any of the provisions of the building code or of any other ordinances of the City of Tukwila. Permits
presuming to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of the code or other ordinances of the City of Tukwila
shall not be valid. The issuance of a permit based on construction documents and other data shall not prevent the
Building Official from requiring the correction of errors in the construction documents and other data.

In reviewing our current application files, it appears that your permit applied for on 12/07/2012, has not been
issued by the City of Tukwila Permit Center. Per the International Building Code, International Mechanical Code,
Uniform Plumbing Code and/or National Electrical Code every permit application not issued within 180 days
from the date of application shall expire and become null and void. Your permit application will expire on
06/05/2013.
If you still plan to pursue your project, a written request for extension of your application must be submitted to the
Permit Center at least seven (7) days before it is due to expire. Address your extension request to the Building
Official and state your reason(s) for the need to extend your permit application. If it is determined that an
extension is granted, your application will be extended for an addtional 90 days from the expiration date and you
will be notified by mail.
In the event that we do not receive your written request for extension or your request was denied, your permit
