THE GRANTOF.s Tkomas N.Clark and Nellie G.Clark,kis wire,
for and in consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00 in hand paid, conveys and warrants to the town of Tukwila, Wasla
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King State of
Washington:

true point of beginning. Thence S.22' 715.57 feet to a
pint on the South line of said Donation Claim 427.97 feet N.
