This request was routed to the Interim Building Official, Gary Schenk, for his consideration. Due to the extensions granted in the past, it was determined that this permit is ineligible for consideration. In order for the permit to remain in good standing an inspection must take place before the current expiration date of June 1, 2014. This inspection is required to document that progress has been made, not necessarily that the job is completed. If you select to keep the permit in good standing by scheduling and completing an inspection, please call our current inspection line at 206 438 -9350. Once the inspector has been on site and been able to confirm progress, an inspection report will be left and the permit automatically extended an additional 180 days to allow for continued construction/progress. At the time of inspection the permit, approved plans, and inspection card must be available on site for the inspector. If no inspection is scheduled or approved, the permit will expire on June 1, 2014. After this time a new permit application will need to submitted inclusive of application, plans, and fees in order for a permit to be issued and the work completed/inspected. If you should have any questions, please contact our office at (206) 431 -3670.
