SPECIAL MEETING
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pro Tempore Duffie called the Special Meeting of the Tukwila City Council to order at 9:49 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Barbara Saxton, Administrative Support Coordinator, called the roll of the Council. Present were
Councilmembers Joe Duffie, Dennis Robertson, Verna Seal, Kathy Hougardy, Kate Kruller, and Thomas
McLeod.
MOVED BY SEAL, SECONDED BY McLEOD TO EXCUSE COUNCILMEMBER QUINN FROM THE
MEETING. MOTION CARRIED 6-0.
CITY OFFICIALS
David Cline, City Administrator; Peggy McCarthy, Finance Director-, Rachel Bianchi, Communications and
Government Relations Manager; Laurel Humphrey, Council Analyst; Barbara Saxton, Administrative
Support Coordinator.
CONSENT AGENDA
Vouchers #373307-373371 and 161001-161003 in the amount of $884,394.41.
MOVED BY ROBERTSON, SECONDED BY KRULLER THAT THE CONSENT AGENDA BE
APPROVED AS SUBMITTED. MOTION CARRIED 6-0.
ADJOURNMENT
9:50 p.m. THERE WAS UNANIMOUS CONSENT TO ADJOURN THE MEETING.
