A 10 foot by 15 foot easement for purposes of a public fire hydrant in the Plat of
Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Volume 11
of Plats. page 24, records of King, County. Washington, lying 5 feet on either side of
the following described line:
eo Commencing at the southwest comer of Lot 25, Block 9 of said Plat, also being a point on the
,r northeasterly margin of Maule Avenue;
thence along said northeasterly margin South 43 East, a distance of 216 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING;
