Tukwila, Washington; bounded on the northwest by the northwesterly line of
Right -of -Way Number 6 as located on a Record of Survey for Park Properties
filed under Recorders No. 8904079004 in King County, Washington; bounded on
the northeast by the southwesterly margin of Maule Avenue; bounded on the
southwest by a curved line concentric to and 60 feet northeasterly of the
centerline of Interurban Avenue South; and bounded on the southeast by a line
N hereinafter designated as Line A and described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of Parcel B as shown on said Record of
0 Survey for Park Properties; thence northwesterly along a curved line concentric
