This project involves removing certain portions of the Access control, CCTV components, and other security devices at the site and adding some components as necessary. All de- installation shall conform to current Microsoft Standards. The result shall leave the owner with a fully functioning Access Control and CCTV system upon departure. 1. Bidding Requirements: Submit a comprehensive and complete bid within five (5) working days of receiving this document. The following components shall be decommissioned and removed from the site: i. Keywatcher — Key management system. 1. Cabling to remain. Label and unterminate both ends. 1)4 —`11'n6 ii. At the end of the decommissioning, it will be determined whether to salvage all of the cable or not. Remove all stickers /signage at card reader and door locations. Anything that refers to Microsoft must be removed. AII other video cameras in the building shall remain. All other access control devices in the building shall remain. - All duress buttons, panic buttons, and alarm inputs /outputs shall remain. All Stentofon intercom exchange components shalt remain. 3. General Decommissioned Equipment Removal Procedures a. All decommissioning shall conform to the MSGS Decommissioning Process V4 document, with the exception of the shipping procedure for existing equipment. b. Carefully remove the components listed above from the site and pack in a professional manner in shipping containers designed to protect electronic components during shipping. c. Inventory all parts onto the approved MS Decommissioned Equipment Inventory Spreadsheet packing list and include one copy of the packing list in each shipping box. Coordinate exact location with Chris Tetlow prior to transit. e. When power feeds need to be disconnected from security equipment, electrical wires must be rendered safe per local electrical codes. f. Suitable cover plates can be used as needed to cover removed devices g. Repair of wall /ceiling finish where needed as appropriate per site shall be the responsibility others. h. If the removed equipment is within a secure MS perimeter and cable is not required to be removed, all cables must be labeled on both ends (machine printed black ink on white tags) as decommissioned with the device location and cable purpose, i.e. "Card Reader" or "REX detector ". 4. Installation to be performed: a. Contractor shall furnish all necessary hardware, software, servers, cable, network, and licensing for a stand - alone, fully functional Lenel ADV access control and CCTV system that includes all devices that are to remain. Contractor shall furnish replacement 500GB hard drives within all existing DVRS and reset to factory defaults in preparation for re- programming to Sabey standards. c. Contractor shall furnish replacement proximity card readers with HID multiclass readers (RP series) d. Contractor shall reconfigure one existing SOC client workstation for general Lenel client use and furnish required network connectivity to Lenel network. e. Site re- keying to be by others and shall follow the below requirements: i. 1 master key for all ,doors ii. 1 master key for all security enclosures iii. 1 master key for all padlocks f. Contractor shall coordinate with the facility to update the existing key hierarchy and assist with changing the locks on all of the security enclosures. 5. Record Documents a. To complete the decommissioning process an accurate archive of the security portion of the project that has changed requires you, the security integrator, to provide as -built documentation. This documentation includes the following items: i. The final updated version of the existing site drawing, called record drawings, which record all changes that were made in the course of the project. All drawings changes must conform to the computer -aided design (CAD) standards described in the MSPKC CAD Standards document. You must upload both native CAD (.dwg) and Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) versions of the drawings to the Microsoft Project Knowledge Center (MSPKC). b. To submit the as -built documents, upload them to the Record Documents area with the project Security folder for the project on the (MSPKC). c. Drawings must also be created for the use of the leaseholder that will follow the Sabey CAD standards and contractor must rename all devices. There can be no reference to Microsoft or Microsoft nomenclature on the record drawings to be provided to Sabey. Drawings shall provide an exact representation of the system being turned over to Sabey. Microsoft Confidential Page 2 of 3 TK2 Decommissioning Project 6. Software Programming a. Programming for decommissioned security devices within the Lenel application will be clone by the Microsoft Security Systems Team using loading schedule forms provided by them and filled out by the decommissioning integrator. b. Programming for the stand alone Lenel access control and CCTV system to be turned over to Sabey shall be completed by the contractor and shall follow the Sabey programming standards. Programming requirements shall be coordinated and confirmed in writing with Sabey prior to implementation. 7. Project Time -line: Project shall be completed on or before October 19, 2012. Completion date does not include as- built drawing submittal. As- builts will be provided 20 days after acceptance. 8. OSSC Security Acceptance and Commissioning: System will be de- commissioned and accepted by OSSC Physical Security Consultant after vendor de- installation is completed.
