AN ORDINANCE OF THE TO N 01 TUK.ILA Ath-lNDING SECTION
ONE OF ORDINANCE NO. 303 OF THE TG.WN 0? TU 4ILA.
WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 30th day of March, 1960, Ordinance
No. 303 was adopted by the Council of the Town of Tukwila, which
said Ordinance annexed certain property to the town, and
WHEREAS, when said Ordinance was submitted to the King County
Commissioners it became apparent that a more accurate description
of the area annexed could be used, and whereas suer, new description
does not in any manner change the area annexed to the town but is
a correct and accurate description of the area as shown upon the
sketch attached to the Petition for annexation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of Tukwila,
as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 303 reading as
follows:
"That pursuant the provisions of Chapter 128 of the Session
Laws of the State of Washington for 1945 the following described
property, contiguous to the town limits of the Town of Tukwila,
to-wit:
Portion of Southwest quarter of Section 23 Township 23 North,
Range 4 E.W.IVI., described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the East line of 53rd Avenue
South with the North line of Renton Three Tree Point .had; thence
Westerly along said North line to the said Westerly line of Sub-
division; thence Southerly along said Westerly line to the South-
west corner of said Subdivision to Easterly line of 53rd Avenue
South; thence Northerly along said Easterly line to point of
beginning;
shall be and the same hereby is annexed to the Town of Tukwila.
be and the same hereby is repealed and re- enacted as follows:
SECTION 1. That pursuant the provisions of Chapter 123 of the
Session Laws of the State of Washington for 1945 the following
described property contiguous to the town limits of the Town of
Tukwila, to -wit:
A portion of the Southwest 4 of Section 23 Township 23 North,
Range 3 E.W.M., described as follows:
beginning at the intersection of the Centerline of 53rd Avenue
South with the North line of the Renton Three Tree -Point Road;
thence Westerly along said North line to the Westerly line of
said Subdivision; thence Southerly along said Westerly line to
the Southwest corner of said Subdivision; thence Easterly along
the South line of said Subdivision to the Centerline of 53rd
Avenue South; thence Northerly along said Centerline to the
point of beginning;
shall be anu the same hereby is annexed to the Town of Tukwila.
SECTION 11. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
immediately after its passage, approval and legal publication as
provided by law.
