Please address the following comments in an itemized format with revised plans, specifications and /or other applicable documentation. (GENERAL NOTE) PLAN SUBMITTALS: (Min. size 11x17 to maximum size of 24x36; all sheets shall be the same size). (If applicable) Structural Drawings and structural calculations sheets shall be original signed wet stamped, not copied.) 1. On the front sheet (M -C), Mechanical schedule CFM column specifies 2000 CFM. As indicated in the mechanical permit review memo, the manufacturer's packet specifies a 135 furnace highlighted in yellow, which indicates 2200 CFM. Also observed on the cover sheet were other columns that are not consistent with manufacturer's specifications. Correct the schedule on the cover sheet to show consistency with manufacturer's specifications for the furnaces. 2. Since the sizing of the furnaces are different than what is shown on the cover sheet this may affect the volume of gas required to all units combined for pipe sizing and length of pipe. Provide on the plans, calculations with total BTU usage for each unit and show pipe sizing with length of pipe is sufficient to supply all units. Specify code table referenced for pipe sizing. Should there be questions concerning the above requirements, contact the Building Division at 206- 431 -3670.
