Tests shall be conducted in the presence of the Plumbing Inspector. The grease interceptor vent is installed just downstream of the flow regulator as shown on the specs provided from the manufacturer. The vents may tie together above the flood rim of the triple sink. Please revise the line drawing as necessary to show this. 5. Please show on the floor plan where the new DW &V will tie into the existing. Add this connection to the line drawing and show the size of the drain pipe that you will be tying into. 6. Will the triple sink be used for food prep or just pot and pan washing? If food prep is proposed, the triple sink will need to be connected to the sanitary drainage via an indirect waste.
