This may be your only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the project. If timely comments do not identify probable significant adverse impacts that were not considered by the anticipated determination the DNS will be issued without a second comment period. APPEALS You may request a copy of any decision, information on hearings, and your appeal rights by calling DCD at (206) 431 -3670. The lower pipe reach collects flow from a private storm water facility for the adjacent office t 59 9 park as well as an intermittent unnamed tributary to Riverton Creek. During high flows, the inlet frequently plugs, resulting in slope erosion and debris flows onto Tukwila SJTE 2 International Blvd. The project proposal is to restore the berm, install an improved trash rack, and replace rock tl i erosion protection on the overflow down the slope. The riprap on this slope extends far beyond this localized drainage, so it appears to be providing a general slope AMSS ROM buttress function as well. i Site 3 EaStAIcrrtiiircrl PublicRitiht r oaf Llcr' gl'EaStA IM. k iirul (It the y iirtcr frith South 9-1th Mace, This project proposes to install 2 catch Iir.l basins and approximately 200 feet of 12 inch pipe to provide roadway drainage to address the problem of ponding within the right -of -way.
